Payment Policy – Secure transactions

1. Payment by cash on delivery upon receipt of the order at your location. Pay for your order upon delivery to your location. Cash on delivery costs are Free. The cash on delivery method is valid for all of Greece and for amounts up to €500.00 in cash. According to the applicable tax provisions, transactions exceeding the value of €500.00 for the sale of goods or the provision of services must be made exclusively using card or other electronic means of payment.

2. Collection and payment in store.
As long as it is convenient for you to receive your order from our physical store (Egnatia 64, Thessaloniki 54624) you can pay the amount in cash for a net amount of up to €500.00 or by debit/credit card regardless of the amount at the pos of our store. Accepted payment cards are: Visa, Debit or Master Card.

Payment by credit card
Payment of the order using a credit or debit card o via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners. In order to ensure the absolute security of electronic transactions through credit and debit cards, these are done through the security system of the National Bank. All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform of the bank << Eurobank >> uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it
using the appropriate key.
